Ultimately it’s an intake boot. Hard to find the specific part, people typically want to sell the whole tube that connects to the maf tube. You can also buy a Z tube intake to replace it and get a little more sound.
I found that no one makes them specifically for the G35, however if you search for the same part for the M35 there's a TON available and it's literally the exact same engine and intake as the G35. I've been using these ones from Amazon, they fit very snug so you might want to put a little silicone grease on it first to make it slide on easier. Price is definitely right though.
