P0300 Don't Know What to Check Next

(Pictures with LTFT B2 0% are after all this work was done, other pictures are from before)
I'm currently having issues with my 2003 G35 sedan auto. It is currently throwing a P0300 fault code for multiple/random cylinder misfire, scanner says at 2425 rpm the SES light will begin to flash. Symptoms other than the misfire are when refueling, pump does not shut off automatically. I have to slowly accelerate to get to good speed, for example I cannot drive on the freeway as I will enter too slow, and car won't go above 70mph. If I try to drive normally SES light flashes and car does not want to switch gears unless I take less pressure off the gas pedal. Going uphill seems like it misfires more. I have taken off my intake manifold all the way to where it connects to the head. Replaced all gaskets, valve covers, cleaned fuel injectors and replaced o rings, new NGK spark plugs and Hitachi coils, replaced hoses with Z1 master hose kit (None are leaking), replaced water pump (Was leaking from the weep hole), replaced PCV Valve with OEM (Was completely covered with gunk), thoroughly cleaned runners, lower plenum, upper plenum as they were all really dirty (Plan on getting Oil catch cans to keep plenum clean). I can only assume there is something wrong with the fuel system. As you can see in the image STFT and LTFT not right. Will replace EVAP Canister Vent Control (Purge) Valve next week, but after that I have no ideas of where to look next any ideas would help. Please and Thank You. (Noticed a grounding wire is ripped, I think it connects to the exhaust, don't think that would cause all of this though)

P0300 fix

Did you check and clean all the grounding connections? I just recently changed my valve covers and had a random misfire, as well as issues shifting. Car wouldnt shift into second gear until over 3,000 rpm, and seemed like it stayed in 4th gear on the highway. For about a week I had no codes, just rough idle and backfiring. Did all the pedal relearn procedures which helped with the idle slightly, but still had backfiring and shifting problems. Then eventually p0300 (only when driving hooked up to OBD2) appeared. Shortly after while idling in traffic, I blew one coilpack on cylinder 1. Replaced coil pack on cyl 1, pcv valve, checked for vacuum leaks etc, nothing helped. Then I cleaned the **** out of the grounding wires and retightened them, car was back to running perfectly! This also actually fixed my tiptronic shifting issues as well. Previously my car wouldn't change gears in manual mode. Wouldnt even engage at times after the valve cover change. Now manual shift mode works better than it ever has.
