Noise question...

Is the hissing noise at approximately 2500 rpms bad?

I don't know..... Try not Reving (up & down), and try holding it steady at where you hear the noise and then re-post.

That & (I'm no expert on this) but should you be reving in N not P?

There is no hissing when I hold the revs up. There is only hissing when I'm completely off the throttle and in the 2500 rpm range.

It's a rattle that sounds much like a hiss. You simply excited one of the metal pieces (likely a heat shield/panel), which is not uncommon at between 2500-3000rpm. I had the same *exact* thing when I ran test pipes before finally getting rid of them.

The car sounds horrible when the exhaust is still cold... I might just save up for some high flows or put the kitties back on and get a y pipe or sumptin'.. I was gonna get a y pipe next anyway..
