FYI,
I had my SS DC headers installed on my FI G-coupe
along with the ACT spreet strip and the nismo lightend flywheel
And I have to say the sound level pretty much stayed the same
but I noticed more pull top end. I have to say I don't like the
chatter the flywheel makes though
But it does rev-up a lil quicker.

I would look into stiffer engine mounts. I had clutch chatter with aluminum flywheel and perfromance clutch, it went away after I installed polyurethane engine mount(1 was enough). It wasn't G though, so I am not sure what is out there besides Stillen engine dampener.
Also-it takes about 500 km to break new clutch in, I hope you didn't start beating on it right after you drove out of the shop?
