Grounding Kits

Hey All,

Was wondering if anyone out there has installed a grounding kit? How simple was it? Any DIY's out there? Diagrams? Any help would be great. Thanks.

Please explain the use of Grounding kit?

I do not understand why to install a grounding kit. I am new to this and just trying to understand.
