I'm not sure, but I think the Technosquare ECU upgrade modifies the drive-by-wire profile.

You might want to try GroundingGear from Gordgee. His Hyper-Ground kits make a tremendous difference in throttle response. The improved drivability of the car is very noticeable (read the reiews on the Mod Review forum). And if you have a 5AT, it'll help with the tranny response as well!

Slow throttle response drives me nuts... I'm planning on TS ECU when I finish a few more mods.

The grounding gear helped with the throttle response. I bought the grounding gear to reduce the manumatic lag but found the throttle had improved noticeably.
