help removing driver side door panel

as some of you guys may know (and be dealing with yourselves) my driver side window has trouble working in the heat and humidity. basically it gets stuck in the up or down position for some time. eventually it works, and sometimes banging above the inside door handle while pushing the window button simultaneously it works...
and since i'm not under warranty i'm going to try and see if i can find the problem myself. maybe the wiring is a bit loose, or something needs tightening....i dont know. anyone have suggestions?

well to the point: i'm going to try and attack this tomorrow hopefully--any ideas of how i can get to the window motor without destroying anything? i took a very quick look today and only saw a few of those removable pins on the inside of the door jam near the hinges where the door shuts, didnt think that would do too much.

thanks in advance
