I don't believe break in is required, and I don't have the self discipline. Can someone explain what harm there might be in driving normally right from the start? Aren't all internal contact points either bearings or highly polished hardened alloys? Whats going to break?

This is what I'm going to do. It was posted on the coupe forum not long ago and replicates a technique my Father in Law ( a mechanic) did on all his cars. There is even explination for all of it.
