Underpulley Set

I am interested in getting a set of underpulleys for my sedan. I would like to know if anyone has experienced any problems with the smaller pulleys on the accessories. Also if you notice gains in horsepower too.

simply put - pulley's get you through the sluggish bottom end faster...only do the Crank pulley for MT - for auto - do all 3...HP gains are in the sub-20 but above 10 range.

I highly doubt anyone with all 3 pulleys will show anything close to 10 HP esp. since the crank pulley is the only one that really improves performance, the other 2 are just for looks ...Ive seen dyno's where people have NO gains or maybe a 3-5 hp gain, now if ur talkin about crank HP.....but never 10-20 whp from a pulley set...

1 - never said RWHP

2 - depending on other mods - you can get more from them

3 - once the computer acknowledges the weight loss at the crank, you can pretty much count on about 2.5HP per pound of loss from the pulleys...they say it's 2.7 HP, but my realized gain on the dyno months ago in my auto was exactly 28HP for 11.2 pounds of weight loss at the crank for all 3 pulleys.

4 - The computer takes about 3-4 days to adjust - or do a reset and wait 1/2 the time. an ECU re-flash will make a difference as well.

5 - There's enough written about the subjec already...search for it and make up your own mind to buy or not.
