Is there any actual dyno comparison between JWT pop, z-tube, stock, stillen, KN filters combinations?

1) I am trying to decide. I don't really care about the power increase (well, the higher the better, but not a must), but I don't want to spend 200 bucks and get worst performance than stock.

I was thinking Z-tube, and POP charger with KN, but somebody said the pop charger actually decreases the power. Which combo should I go with.

2) Where can I get a z-tube, is it really from Nissan?

 

Just get the Z tube. You'll save a few bucks. Pop in a K&N filter and you're ready to roll.

ummm if you are referring to the jwt popcharger, there is no K&N filter involved. the K&N works with the stock airbox.


when it comes to intakes, the stock airbox already has a good design. however, i dont think that any of the intakes mentioned above will make much of a difference. i run the popcharger and z tube and i get a nice hissing sound when i accelerate. the car just felt better. i highly doubt that i gained much power at all. its mostly for the feel and sound.

the z tube can be bought from places like performance nissan. it really is from nissan.

the bottom line: it doesnt really matter

 

How about the sound? If I just go with a Z-tube, and stock airbox with KN,
would the sound change be noticable?
