ive heard the fujitsubo sounds pretty cleanest out against the HKS exhuast, just the mufflers arent too attractive?

I have heard both up close and both sound nice. However, I will be installing the HKS Hi-Power exhaust.
If you haven't had the opportunity to hear both, I would suggest doing so. One person's impressions are quite different from another's.

leaning more towards the hks for looks but i dont know how the sound compares from each other? can anyone tell me the true sound difference?

IMO . . . The Fufitsubo sounds quite smooth and not too much unlike my stock sound, although it is a bit louder. The HKS Hi-Power is definitely deeper sounding and louder. The HKS's sound is the more agressive sounding between the two. I personally picked the HKS after having had heard it over the Fujitsubo.
You should take an opportunity to listen to both. You don't want to go through the expense and time to end up with something, which you will not like based on someone elses opinions. Aside from any performance gains . . . the sound of an exhaust is very subjective. Good luck!
