built engine consists of???

I just had some questions about building an engine What all do you have to modify for your engine to be able to handle a large amount of psi and hp? say like 600 or 700 hp. And what does each modification do that makes the engine stronger? What all do u have to modify to the drive train as well? could i also get some guesstimated prices on the mods also? thanx a lot guys.

...answer is going to be LONG.
dont know the details of it but i've see a guy did it...i think the guy w/ custom blue G. (i think i am getting confused...try search?) sry i am no help XD
