what mileage is ok to start mods...?

Hey G owners, I am a new G owner as of last week. I lookin for information on when it is ok to start with some mods. I'm at 127 miles right now.
Do I have to wait until the end of the break in period? Specifically I want to add the 350 Z tube.

If I add the Z tube do I need to switch to the K&N filter at the same time or can I use the stock filter for a bit?

About ECU resetting, does it do anything for the 6MT, all the threads Ive read sound like autos only. When can I start resetting the ECU?

Thanks in advance for all replies.

The 350Z intake duct replaces the tube between the manifold and
the bellows behind the intake box. There is no need to change your
air filter. If you plan on a Stillen CAI, forget the K&N as it will become
useless. My Stillen CAI is in the mail and my K&N filter is destined
for the shelf. Oh well.. just $50 wasted. I did get 5 months use from
it, the Stillen CAI has a K&N cone filter in the box, so the old K&N
flat filter becomes obsolete.
