I have an UpRev cable with Osiris Standard for sale. This lets you use Cipher as well as flash your ECU for tunes but doesn't let you tune it yourself, unlike Osiris Tuner. I'm letting it go for $325 shipping including (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) OBO.

Yes and yes. Can't answer the first one... You will need to get a tune at a tuner or go through an E-Tuner.

For most people they say it's night and day. I have an 03 without a wideband o2 sensor so I never got the chance to have it properly tuned and theres no dynos anywhere close to me, so I figured I'd just sell it. You'll just have to buy a base tune off UpRev if you don't have one already and aren't going to a dyno. If you're going to a dyno they'll get that all done there.

I am interested but like mentioned above, could you post a pic with your screen name in it and the date?

Also is there any base tune available for a starting point or is it completely dependent on purchasing eTunes from UpRev and sending them log files? I ask because I am trying to figure out how many I will likely end up purchasing from them.

Every tune is custom for your ECU # and mods, so there are no generic base tunes. You will have to purchase some tuning support, either etunes or dyno tuning from an Uprev protuner

EDIT: just saw that you have an 03 coupe, they did not come with factory wideband O2 sensors so we can't perfectly dial in the tune remotely with etunes like we can the 04+ models. You can still reflash it and load a base tune no problem, but we can't fully etune it

Ah I see. Thanks for the info. Is it even worth doing a base tune then?
