Post a pic of the cable management screen to prove that it's a tuner version cable. What you've posted just shows that it has a license on it...

Anyway, I have a buyer already and you tuned my car so you should know it's the tuner version

 

If you click on the "cable management" tab it will open up a new window showing the details of the cable and what is all enabled. Tuner version will have Rom Editor enabled, Osiris standard and basic interface cables will not.
