Yes, it is very loud without the silencer. Especially with a y-pipe.

Can you post pics with your car on a lift so we can see what it looks like from the Y pipe back?

We'd like to see the welds and quality of the components. Also if you can post a high quality video of the exhaust preferrably in the car normally cruising around, at WOT and some start up and idle videos, that will help you sell it much quicker.
