no it does not. it's made for a g35. if you cut the pipes, yes it would fit. but there are no extensions that you can simply remove.

I believe yes, but you will need to have the tips extended to the end of the bumper. I'm basing that on this thread where he had a coupe exhaust on an FX and the only mods are for the tips.

thanks for the help, and that link. that exhaust is in pretty rough shape...

these tips can be brought out quite a ways, i don't know if they will be out far enough for a FX35, but you can always try, if not, go to a welder. Shouldn't be that expensive, they don't have to actually cut anything off since these tips are removable, they'd just have to weld on new ones, if need be.

Ok. Just asking some of the guys on the fx forum. I'll pm you soon when I know foresure., but I think your right.
