I have for sale lightly used Tanabe Medallion axle back exhaust for the V36 G35 Sedan, not sure if it fits the V36 G37 . I personally think this is the sweet spot for sound and looks for the sedan. I am located in South Florida and would prefer local pick up.

Sorry I havent been on much guys, ended up selling the car and picking up an 06 G Coupe and have had all my time sucked into it.
