Powerhouse Amuse R1 Titan Extra Exhaust

Hi everyone,

With a heavy heart I have decided to sell my Amuse R1 Titan Extra exhaust.

The exhaust is the B tip version.

Size: 90.0 KB

In terms of condition, it has very minor cosmetic wear. The right tip has a slight blemish on the finish, but no actual scratch or damage. The left tip has a tiny hair line scratch The scratch is so small, it could easily be missed unless pointed out. This is the only "damage" that I can really find on the exhaust and cannot be seen once installed.
Underneath the right tip there is also some blemishes on the finish, but again, no damage.

The mid pipe, which is arguably the lowest and most vulnerable part of the exhaust, does not have a single scratch.

I've looked up other R1 Titan ads on here and I feel that, condition wise, mine is by far one of the best.

Price: $2650.00 + Shipping and PP

This exhaust new is roughly $3400 and would include a few months wait from Japan.

To my understanding Amuse only makes these for 350z, you will need an extender to run this. One can be found on ebay for about $30.

Please understand that this is a hand made, used exhaust. Some inconsistencies will occur in the finish.

beautiful exhaust and GLWS, I would however consider notching down the price a tiny bit. These go for the lower end of 2K shipped usually, ur asking ~2900shipped &pp, which is prob why ur getting no bites on my350z. I know...I've been looking for one the last few weeks ...and just bought a Trial Bazooka Titanium exhaust instead, hurray for me !

nyways good luck man, these are great.

To my knowledge, their were only a few that sold for at or under $2000.
One of which was scuffed and dinged to crap and the other had been used to the point where non of the burnt tip finish remained. The remaining failed to post any pictures or disclose any information on the condition.

The last one to sell was asking for $2800. Which was the closest to my condition.
But I will take your comments into consideration once the need to get rid of the exhaust becomes greater.

Lucky you! So you're the one that got the Trial. Amuse does make one for the g35, but far less were bought compared to the 350z version. And if it weren't for the few titanium welders around here I would have purchased a 350z version by now.

Make sense why I've never seen one for the G yet.
Just heard on here that they didn't make it

Anyways, bump

hey man, yea the moment i saw that listed i went MINE!
Also you're right Amuse does make one for the G35, which has a longer midpipe and slightly more protruding tailpipes. You don't really need a welder since the midpipe can be extended with a bolt in extension piece (buy one on ebay for like $30), however if you want to extend the tailpipes out i guarantee you can find a welder with some titanium experience on Craigslist near you.

A lot of ppl make titanium out to be "unobtanium" and it almost seems like no one knows how to work with it, but once you ask around there's actually plenty of ppl that do. Craigslist and google are your friends and with that in mind i really think no one should hold back from buying even this one that OP listed just because it's the 350z version.

Cheers and sorry to go off topic on your thread OP

No worries my friend. Thank you for sharing the information.
I agree that their are titanium welders in most cities, however, I think the keyword would be quality. As in, finding a titanium welder who has ability to weld titanium to the degree of Amuse is very very hard. It can be done but wont be pretty.

I realize I'm hurting my own prospect of finding a buyer here... but yeah. This goes for anyone with a titanium exhaust like the new Tomei exhausts or the Trial above.

Keeping that in mind however, I've seen a few Amuse exhaust that were pretty beaten up and the issues that the owners encountered were never the welds.

Beautiful exhaust! You should have sold this 4 year ago when G owners cared about quality.

I got the same exhaust but one that's specifically made for g35. Awesome sounding exhaust. I'd almost go as far as saying the best sounding exhaust for g35... But that's just IMO. Got it with motor dyne y pipe and I can't stop revving this thing. GLWS! This deserves a good home.
