possibly, maybe, not sure. I never ran HFCs, but I'm told most drone more than ART pipes and this + ART pipes was for me on the borderline of daily drive-ability, where I could live with it on a daily 1hour drive to work. Taking that into consideration I would say that if you are asking the question/concerned about the noise, you should not combine this exhaust with HFCs or test pipes.
