Those are made for the DE engine that means they will bolt to DE headers. They will NOT bolt to HR or VHR engine headers, different flange.

They will fit any G35 sedan 2003-2006 or coupe from 2003-2007.

EDIT: They will only fit the newer HR or VHR engines if people are using DE headers on those engines. The headers are the same flange at the engine but a different flange at the catalytic converter.
