I'm reluctant to separate the two but if I had to I'd let the upper go for $70 shipped.

FWIW, the lower plenum is about the same thing as a mrev2. Just do a little port matching and some mild porting and you have yourself an equivalent of the "best NA mod" you can do for a rev-up motor!
