Long time lurker (since 2007) until I got an Infiniti FX45 due to an expanding family and need for baby seats.

I have a brand new, never used, in Stillen box, all hardware, carb stickers, manuals, filter, heat shield, etc... for a 2003-2008 Infiniti FX35.

I found out it fits the following (same part number, just Z tube is different, which is not included in this kit):
2003 - 2007 G35 2DR
2003 - 2008 FX35
2003 - 2006 G35 4DR

Stillen part number: 402835.

I don't conform to the site rules, but was hoping the mods could let this one slide for another moderator from another forum...

In short, I tried to see if this would fit my FX45, but not even close (3" intake vs 3.5", mounting points different, etc..). I just bought it from Stillen and the want a crazy restocking fee and for me to pay back their shipping, handling and insurance costs.

I figure I just eat the loses and someone else can enjoy the intake and get a deal on a new intake instead of me just returning it.
