FYI, your marketplace listing shows up as asking $3500, while your post says $4000.

CARB legal right? If only I wasn't thinking of selling my G35...

LOL. Anything other than stock is illegal in Fremont.

BTW, I thought any modification to the superchager ie 3.12 pulley, technically doesn't make it CARB legal anymore. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I think you are right. The only saving grace is that its hard to tell the difference unless you know to be looking for it.

Technically, the Vortech kit is CARB legal, until you upgrade stuff. Thing is, nobody will know that you changed one pulley and stuff like injectors or other internals, so it's not really a concern.

^ it just isn't worth the money when you consider 1) revup kits show up in the marketplace too (check my350z) and 2) new tuner kits don't cost much more than most used kits (the revup bracket alone costs around $600).
