FS[SoEast]: JWT 700BB Kit with fully built IPP Stage 2 DE longblock 24k miles - tons of extras
JWT 700BB Kit with fully built IPP Stage 2 DE longblock 24k miles - tons of extras
The wife wants a bigger house and we have another baby due in November so my initial plan of putting this engine/turbo kit in my track car is getting adjusted... I'm just going to throttle junkyard engines during the few opportunities a year that I'll be able to make it to track. With that being said, I don't need the money but I'm happy to let someone have a good deal on a KNOWN GOOD setup. IE, I'm not going to take a "prison beatdown" just to unload it.
I hang out at CIN quite a bit and it scares me how many BS/SHOT/BLOWN/F'ed up engines come in from guys who are trying to save 300 bucks on their build. Not worth it...
CIN does great work and if you choose to work with them for the install then you can simply pay them for this engine and turbo kit with your credit card and they'll pay me.
This engine is currently in my DD and the entire system was built to last by CIN Motorsports. Its currently dialed in @ 505WHP and 495Ft/Lbs @ 12psi and it's RUNNING... IE, you can see it on the dyno and go for a spin in it and put it on the lift and look at everything closely. Not only can you actually see it running but everything is complete so it can very quickly be pulled from my car and be put into your car. You can have 500WHP in your car within days, no waiting for an engine or misc parts. It's done...
The engine is an IPP stage 2 longblock with upgraded parts (listed below) and ceramic/moly coated pistons which cost me about 8700 before shipping. The twin turbo kit is a JWT kit with upgraded Garrett GT28 turbos, both new when the car was built so they also have 24k miles on them. The TT kit is rated to 700HP but I've always preferred building a car strong and keeping it in the "reasonable" zone so it doesn't turn into a maintenance nightmare. 500WHP is a lot even with a quaife diff for a daily driver but this engine/tt kit was built to handle more if you want it. Bigger injectors and a tune gets you where you want to be.
The car has been tracked twice. Once at CMP for 5 full sessions and the year before last at Barber for 2 1/2 sessions (one session was really short due to an accident). Other than these 8 sessions, I have a 12 mile daily commute in traffic and the occasional impulse to feel the power. The car has been driven but has not been beat the sh*t out of.
Everything included:
IPP Stage 2 VQ35DE Longblock
8.8:1 Wiseco Pistons .020 over w/ Ceramic crown and moly skirts
Eagle/SCAT H Beam Rods - Upgraded to GTM chromoly rods to lighten/strengthen rotating assembly
ARP Rod Bolts
ARP L19 Head and Main Studs
Block inspected and cleaned
Block redecked
Block modified for better cooling with HR Headgaskets
Block Bored and Honed using a Torque Plate
Rotating assembly balanced
Crank magnafluxed and the journals micro-polished
New Moly coated Race Spec main bearings installed
New Moly coated Race Spec rod bearings installed
Block assembled
New OEM HR Head Gaskets - Upgraded to HKS head gasket
Heads inspected and cleaned
Heads redecked
Ported exhaust and intake runners
JWT S1, S2, C2, or "S7 RevUp" Upgraded Cams - JWT S2 Cams chosen
JWT Heavy Duty Valve Springs - Upgraded to BC Valve Springs and Titanium retainers
5 angle radius cut valve job
New OEM Valve stem seals installed - Upgraded to Viton valve stem seals
Valve Stem Heights set
Cold Clearance set for cams
Heads assembled
New OEM Rev-up Oil Pump
**Engine is broken in perfectly and has fully synthetic oil changed every 3k miles** Its just about to hit 24k miles.
Fuel - DW300 Fuel pump, -8AN fuel line w/ -6AN return, AAM fuel rails, DW 600cc Injectors
Tune - Uprev with TONS of tweaking by Bobby of CIN. Bobby and I became friends as we went through this build and when I am hanging out (and he's bored) he likes to work on the tune some more. This tune has well over 40 hours of dyno tuning, 20 hours of street tuning along with adjusting from logs taken during track time. It's rock solid all the way around and included in the deal.
Turbo Kit - Full JWT with upgraded Garrett GT28s (what JWT labels as 700BB) and are the perfect size for this power range. Turbos have upgraded Forge Actuators w/ 10lb springs and controlled by Turbosmart E-Boost Controller.. HKS Blow off Valve and custom tubing (Bobby is picky and talked me into it). No oil burning (see exhaust tip pics), no blown CHRA, no sluggish boost.
Extras - 19 row oil cooler system with fan and Berk high flow cats.
There are probably many upgraded components that I cant remember which are included - entire fuel system, longblock up to clutch and turbo system are included. The engine bay has some fugly looking components but I promise you it's all functional, which is all I care about
.Found the original receipts and found that I estimated the original cost of engine a little high so adjusted price to reflect this.

Couple questions. Since it is installed in your DD, do you have another stock motor to replace it with? Would you be interested in swapping engines with the buyer? Would CIN be willing to do the motor swap for new buyer? What would the cost be? If you could provide a turn key price, it make make more people interested.
Good idea! I'll line up what CIN would charge to install it. Removing it from my car and cleaning up any issues found would be on me, the actual installation/mods would be on the buyer.
I do have another build lined up for my DD, but not my track car so definitely interested in taking a used engine in trade.
FYI - Anyone interested/wanting more info can text me directly @ seven zero 4 3 slx 0ne zer0 0 f0ur f!ve. I'll do my best to keep up with the forum but my BB is always next to me.

CIN Motorsports has offered to install this system completely and touchup the tune for 2,000.00.
I forgot to list Berk high flow cats and a Setrab19 row oil cooler with fan. All included.
I do like my APS SS 2.5" true dual exhaust and would prefer to keep it but it is on the table also as a separate item.

Well damn, man I wish I knew you a coupe months ago! I just spent $15k+ with CIN upgrading all kinds of stuff with my car including Vortech. $10k and a $2k install would have been less...ugh! I can vouch for CIN, my car is running excellent, they do good work.
Loved reading through rhe information and browsing the pictures. I wish you a speedy sale, surely someone has been saving for a setup like this. What clutch and flywheel will this setup come with?
I dug a little and was able to find my original receipt for the engine build (IPP) and the Rods (GTM). I cant seem to find a record of my purchase for the BC valve springs and Titanium Retainers but I hope that based on the current receipts it's evident that I built this engine right. I cant think of a good upgrade from the JWT valve springs that's included in the stage 2 LB build but rest assured that they are, in fact, BC.
Anyways, here are both receipts. My original estimate of 8700.00 before shipping is off, it looks like I figured the shipping charges into the total costs and will lower the ask price accordingly.
Happy to forward the original emails (these are just JPGs) to interested parties.
Planning to spend a little time at CIN in the next few days and will post a video of the leak down test and pull the plugs. I've had exactly the same mpg since the original build so I haven't pulled the plugs ever... Probably a good idea to pull them and take a good look.
