The maf housing is plastic and is currently giving me multiple boost leaks. I would need to get piping of the same diameter and get a bung welded on. Im probably just gonna get the whole thing fabricated if i cant buy one.

Yeah just find a local shop to make you a custom one, pretty simple replacement.
You could also make a metal flange to fit over the bolt pattern of the OEM MAF housing to provide better clamping force on the seal, it's already aluminum on the Vortech pipe side that it's clamping to.
If the worm drive/t-bolt clamp is the side giving the problems switching out to a HIGH QUALITY clamp will probably eliminate the issue, the ones shipped with the Vortech kit are good but certainly not GREAT. Mishimoto makes some excellent t-bolt clamps that are cheap, there's lots of good options for t-bolt clamps though and you could just jump up to spring loaded t-bolt clamps. Those things are good for 40-50psi of boost.
If you haven't already replaced the factory large o-ring for the MAF and you are leaking from that location I would definitely do it first, Nissan part number 22683-CA000, especially if you are reusing the existing one, I know the Vortech kit says to reuse that o-ring but it gets flattened over the years and you should DEFINITELY replace it with a new one.
If you're running under 12psi of boost I think the plastic housing would be fine as long as the o-ring was swapped out and good clamps were used. The issue with the stock MAF isn't boost leaks, the problem is you max out the stock MAF sensor at like 12psi. I bet the plastic housing would be good to about 20psi if you used sealant on the o-ring side with a metal flange over the plastic side to distribute more clamp force.
