Momentum Performance 350Z / G35 Cat Delete Y-Pipe
The Momentum Performance 350Z / G35 Cat Delete Y-Pipe was designed for someone wanting all out performance and the ultimate airflow. Since this Y-Pipe has integrated test pipes which removes the catalytic converters it is intended for off road use only.
By deleting the factory catalytic converters and replacing them with the Momentum Performance 350Z / G35 Y-Pipe not only are the multiple welds and seams of the factory exhaust system eliminated but important weight savings over stock are also introduced. The Momentum Y-Pipe’s integrated test pipes offer a shallower angle than other products, and are manufactured out of TIG welded, mandrel bent 304 stainless steel for the ultimate in strength and corrosion protection. The 350Z / G35 Y-Pipe reduces exhaust heat, flow matches exhaust gases for more power production and improves engine breathing.
This Cat Delete Y-Pipe also offers added convenience when servicing the transmission / changing the clutch by allowing you to leave the exhaust in place completely. Manual transmissions can be removed through the opening of the Y-Pipe meaning (for routine maintenance) you never need to remove the Y-Pipe once it is installed.
