Brand New OEM Latest Revision CD009 Transmissions @ Z1
 
We are currently running a special on our New Nissan OEM CD00A Trans which replaces all 03-06 G35 350z Transmissions and eliminates issues with soft synchronizers and grinding shifts. This is the latest revised transmission direct from Nissan.

My third gear just went out in my 03 6spd. With the CD009 transmission is there anything else that needs to be done? I remember reading a while back about the pivot ball needing to be swapped...can't find the post.

Nope, this is a direct replacement for your Trans.

I have read that the pivot ball is different between the old 03 transmission and the cd009? Is this true, or does it come with the new pivot ball?

This CD009 is a direct replacement for the 2003 G35 also.
