I've contacted R&D Factory through email and PM message and received no response.

 

I have called, sent another email and another PM message. Still no response from this company. I ordered the parts and I am missing a part and they are not communicating with me.

Why is this company having trouble responding?

 

So they've logged in everyday and still no communication.

 

R&D used to do most of the maintenance & mods on my car until they stopped returning my calls/pms back in aug of last year.
Apparently the owner moved the company to Chino, CA and split with Lance the head mechanic.
R&D is basically in limbo right now.

 

How could R&D be so quick to send out the order, but nearly 2 weeks still not a single response back through various forms of communication. It's not like R&D hasn't logged on since.

 

there was a bunch of complaints about them in the past if I recall right?

 

Like right now. R&D is online. Is R&D not looking at this thread? Not reading the PM? Nothing? This is what I mean.

 

Maybe with ordering products online.
They pretty much shutdown over night it seems.
Luckily I had Lance's # so I could still get service done on my car.
He's in the same location, it's just the owner who split and moved to Chino.
Apparently it's the owner who's not responding to customers.

 

Trying to get a hold of them. Cant pm them. Phone is off. No reply to email. Need a valve cover gasket with oring set.

 

He's in Chino by name only. There is no physical shop there.

 

OK how can I get a hold of him.
