I went but only 1 other g showed up but didnt cruise. good turnout of Z's though. Those guys speed like crazy. It was by no means a leisurely cruise especially since my rear tires are bald. I was fun but being the odd one out, cruisin with G's is definitely more fun.

where is that? where was the meet spot and cruise?

The Z guys generally are pretty bad about that stuff, but I have zero room to talk because half of DNE is just as bad if not worse. Try enduring that all the way to Austin. We sure did get there quick though!

it was definitely the first time i've pushed my car for an hr or so with a few breaks in between to let guys catch up from stop signs. it was almost scary.

BlueBob, were you at the last meet at Wing House? I'm trying to think if I've met you. you post on here quite often.

I don't believe we've met. I haven't been able to make any of the G meets. That's why I'm putting one together for this Friday!

I have a black on black 06 6mt with a few minor things done to it

 

we met at the Plano Central Market at 190 and Coit. the drive was actually NE of McKinney (Blue Ridge, Farmersville area).

actually the drive was pretty civilized. yes, we definitely were speeding some, but it was roads with a good surface way out in the country and away from traffic for the most part.

the route the week before was here in the city and all the high school kids were just driving way too fast. so this week some of us older ones dictated that we get out of the city and slow it down some. on the main roads around traffic, we pretty much went near the speed limit, or at least not much faster than traffic.
