Jon - Beers are good...maybe a few mini kegs we can drink out of cups. keep the mini keg in a trunk.

Mark - yeah some cups are needed. Those colored party cups would work.

 

I could pick up 1 or 2 of those Heineken mini-kegs ... they are 5 liters which is good for about 14 x 12oz glasses. Based on that info, we would definitely need more than 1 ... otherwise I would be the only drinking!

i know other parks around grapevine lake have grills, specifically by the north shore bike trail , i think its called rock ledge park?

Essentially, unless it's a pavilion or athletic field it's first come, first serve...It's a city owned and operated park so there's a few regulations I thought I'd link to..

Definately need some plastic cups and keep the keg in the trunk...No Glass bottles, animal waste, etc..

I didn't seem to find any pavilions in Oak Grove that were near the spots mentioned before, but let me know and I'll call and inquire tomorrow about reserving a pavilion and if we don't like it we'll roll the 12 cars we'll have to a different spot...

I'll try and drive out there tomorrow night after work and scope it out, it's like 5-10 mins down the street from me..

 

Sweet!! I cant wait to show up for this!! I think the Plano, Frisco, Mckinney crew or anyone willing should roll out to the Saturday morning meet at 11:00 and then we all cruise to Grapevine from there!
