Does anyone remember the name of the pavilion? I will call and make sure its ours for this day.

Well I just called the city and the pavilion has not been requested for that day..

However it does cost $325 to rent it for the day.

ouch! I think we should vote for someone to hold the pavilion in the morning! I vote for Jon!

Well obviously if someone has reserved it for that day there is nothing that we can do.

I will keep calling back as it gets closer to the day of the meet and be sure that nobody has reserved it. Worst case we can always go down and use the smaller pavillions and they also have one other pavillion at that park.

If we have a meet in March, my Wife and I make this kick-*** homemade salsa (kick-*** if you like Cilantro...), we'll whoop up a big ole batch. For this one, since we can't stay long, i'll being some sweets, cookies, or whatever.
