This was a lot of fun! Maybe we can do a Gs vs Zs every year. Great meeting everyone.

 

Had a great time at the Florida G Club versus 350z Club of Florida Go-Kart races today. Thanks to Eric (HydroEric) for setting everything up. Several of the FGC Members met at the St. Petersburg Winghouse on Fourth Street before the races.



We had a great turnout at the Go-Kart track.

Eric brought his racing gloves to the track. They must have worked because he qualified for the A Main...



And the racing began...





Matt was certainly the class of the field today. He picked great lines and had time to look around a find out who his closest competitor was. Be careful of people that bring their own helmet to a Go Kart track day!

And the podium finishers for the A Main... Matt wins... Limey finishes a terrific second and Dak holds up the mantle for the FGC... Good job everyone!



This was a super fun event...

This afternoon was an absolute blast. I just wish I was a little faster Here are the pics that I took that are worth sharing. Once a year for this kind of event is not nearly often enough!

 

Had allot of fun guys...next time I'll be more careful to not let anyone "Dale Earnhardt" me into the wall.

Thanks for registering. Soon as the site launches all registrants will receive notice. Its a lot of work involved in getting the site off the ground. The vids are broken down in part 1 and 2. When you go to the forum there is a list of upcoming video articles under the video category.

 

Sweet! I was on the video, I went around on the go kart track and nailed someone rounding the corner. You could hear everyone yelling.
