The DNE meet tomorrow is just a get together, no cost, except your part of the bill at B-diddys. Its different from the Dyno Day scheduled for the end of the month. Theres a big parking lot and we all just meet up and hang out and then go in for some food , drinks and maybe even a cruise. And yes it is usually in that order for some reason....haha Hope to see you out there. Im gonna try and make it myself.

 

How many cars usually show up?

 

I haven't been to a DNE meet but I'm sure it's pretty large...our G meets have been pretty good..I'd say anywhere from bout 10-20 G's or so.

 

Yea, the DNE meets are about the same size. Depends on the month who may show up or not. We've been doing this every 2nd Saturday for the last 5 years or so

I still can't believe you guys MADE me drink while still hungover....

 

I couldn't make it to the DNE meet, but instead I found a very nice car shop with some amazingly good prices. they rolled my fenders, for $25 a pop. Using a proper fender roller and heat gun, no baseball bat or rubber mallets here. I will also be going there soon to get my car corner weighed.. I had searched before and the best price I found was $400.. this shop will do it for $100 !!

Anyway, back on topic, isn't it time we got past the planning stage, we're only a week away. So is it Bone Daddy's in Plano? Grapevine? Fahjitas?

 

I guess since I've never gotten off my lazy **** to go to one of these that I should go too

Since we agreed we'd do it closer to the west side of town...here are a couple of options:

1. Bone Daddy's Grapevine -1720 William D Tate Ave

2. Cadillac Bar (used to be Bahama Breeze) in Las Colinas (114/Macarthur)

If we do Bone Daddy's Grapevine, someone should talk to the mgr to get us a large table and not deal with any hassle; depending on weather, maybe they can the girls to come out on the rides.

If we do Cadillac Bar, I can talk to one of the mgrs there and have him have tables put together as well I can call a couple of the girls that work there so we can get hooked up w/ drinks and eye candy.

Let me know where ya'll wanna go either which way I'm down.

 

I'm down for either ... the last time we did Bone Daddy's we kind of got stuck in a corner with no "view". On a Saturday afternoon/evening it's not easy to get a big table at BD's though...
