I will be having my annual poker game one of those 2 Saturdays but it's not for sure yet. This is usually a weekend event for me that starts on Friday night and ends Sunday. If it's not on the same weekend then I will be there!

Yeah, i spoke to the owner, and he'll give us the enitre bar area which holds about 30-40ppl for the afternoon, as far as parking it all depends it's in a town square, but they have parking on the side that they typically use for valet for 15 or so cars that he said he can block off for the G's.

 

perfect!! if he can hold a parking lot that is even better!

 

trust me I tried, but on a good note, he said that traffic doesn't really build up there until 3:00 or so. So as long as we get there around 1:30 or so we should find plenty close parking aside from the valet lot.

 

thats cool. just glad to see a place that will work with us.

 

OKay, just let me know if this is a done deal so that we can finalize all the details with the restaurant, but we have to do good and fill the place up, otherwise it wouldn't be worth it to him to give us the space, we at least have to get 25 people to go, that way he can see that it's worth hosting for us for future events he really wants us to do this to drum up more business, so I don't want to tlet him down, if not we can push it back for March to include more people.

 

well lets set this as the date since pretty much Valentines day is out..this week is out....only leaves us with the 21st and the 28th....I beleive some others said they cant make it on the 21st....28th will give more people a heads up to take off any make it.

I think the 28th should be the date. time....I think we can determine that..its up to you all on the time.

yeah you def havent been out to one of our meets if that comment is presented...trust me....anything with B, John, Chris (bluebob), and JD is very entertaining!!!

 

I went to one, and don't me wrong had an awesome time, and I know we'll have a great time, but B_ you saw how packed it was that day, that's what he wants maybe not as packed but close to it.

 

so in otherwords....is he shutting down the restaurant for us??
