lol....she's more the type where she has better things to do and wasting $ on cars (mods) is kid-like and not a priority.

when we have a cook out for family it normally starts around the same time.

she drinks but really cant hang with the B-UNIT!

well i can see her side because of the way we were raised (poor) and there's better ways to spend our $ (parents/family). For her a car needs to be reliable (now/future) and drive (she has an 06 GS430). I guess she would see people mod cars in high school only. if a carrer is involved in modding cars im sure she would think differ....still, you wouldnt get to change her mind
