Max...Sorry to hear about what happened. I'm glad they didn't take anything and you were able to quickly get the windows replaced.

The best I ran was 14.4 that night. I had allot of fun and ran 4 times (14.5, 14.4, 15, 14.8). Lennox didn't beat me.

Sorry to hear about your car Max but let's put it this way, it could of been a lot worse, atleast your mods weren't stolen and it was just a broken window. I wonder why they would just break in and not take anything?? Maybe someone saw them and they ran off...?

Thanks for the heads up man, I didn't know the MREV3 was coming out!!

Is there any info out there as far as pricing or any HP improvements from the MREV2?

If it's coming out next month I wonder why Tony isn't advertising it yet?

P.S. Were you at the track yesterday?

Damn Max. Is this the first time you had something like this happen to you? I haven't had my car broken into (knock on wood) but my roommate has had that happen to him several times, unfortunately. I know it leaves a feeling of being violated, and perhaps a feeling of wanting to beat the bastards into a bloody pulp. Even though it wasn't me, since he's been a close friend and roommate for years, I felt like I was the victim too. But all in all, seems like a minor incident. At least you get a new windshield out of it! The crime on this side of town is frustrating sometimes...

Yeah I was at the track yesterday, I had the DG coupe with the bodykit. No ads yet for the MREV3 but I asked Tony about it and he said it should come out next month. Other than that I have no other info on it, but I am waiting for it.

changing subjects...

Anyone have input on my numbers?

I'm wondering if maybe something is wrong. Despite varying numbers with what's now 6 runs (2 last night, and 4 from two weeks ago), my trap speed has been 93-94.

Last night I ran 14.9@94 both times. I may not be the best at launching, but shouldn't I have a better speed? Bone Stock 07 (Revup DE) MT. I'm wondering if I just need to work on my technique, or there's something else...

Well the same sort of thing happened to me personally (not my car) and people just do stupid things... The guy who attacked me and almost killed me never even took anything, he just took off running. I am fine now but it just seems odd sometimes why people do what they do.

Anyways, Shawn, i never got to see your car run but your car should be trapping a lot better than that. You should be in the low 14's with a high-90s trap. It's gotta be either your launch or your shift... what RPMs do you launch and shift at?

I ran a 14.3 @ 96mph (I think the mph is right) stock. That was my 3rd time ever drag racing. Then I started modding it... and went 14.0 @ 99mph with bolt-ons. As it sits now, the best I did was 12.25 @ 116mph.

With the revup, you should definitely be trapping 97-100mph stock. Practice makes perfect, so just keep trying. Get your 60' times down to a 2.0 and work on it from there. Make sure you are shifitng as fast as possible. You could even powershift the 3-4 shift. Once you get the hang of banging gears, you can try the 1-2 shift.

Mine was 14.2 @ 103mph. But with wheel spinning in 1st all the time, it's hard to get into the 13's at least and I have to constantly play catch up down the track in 3rd gear.

Seems like everyone else is doing better with their time and has lower mph. I'm loving those MT's Street Radials....

My 60' was 2.3 both times. Good place to start, I guess.

I launch at around 3k. Shift at 7k (redline). Am I shifting too high?
