So, the 14th it is? Where is a good spot? I like the idea of something industrial and a spot for some good rolling shots. Any ideas?

Its very very hard to find a venue like that for a large group of cars.

You will have to call the management of the building and get permission. There is no way that you can have that many cars and not do that. If you don't you will get kicked out very fast. It has happened to me many times before.

The easiest thing to do would be go to a park where there is plenty of public parking. Be aware though that parks charge for reservations of pavilions.

easy guys, i realize that it's June....but since we decided weeks ago that a May shoot wasn't going to happen, it was bumped to June 13th/14th. I also vote for the 14th.

* * * Can we ALL agree that the 14th would be a good day to do this??? * * *

14th works for me.. There's some loading docs on Jupiter close to George Bush in Plano if you want industrial, or do you mean more rustic.. That's where I shot these..

there's a lot of parking at the park in Addison circle...

and there's a really nice business park in Richardson near Renner / GB that I've done some pics at LONG ago...

Industrial ... look for older neighborhoods with factories or manufacturing plants around. Old abandoned buildings would be cool. I'd rather not shoot my car at a park...not the ideal background for my car.

What the hell I'm down, haven't been out in a while. Guess I'll have to wash all the track grime off the car. You want me rolling with out without numbers?

If its old industrial yall want then either downtown Dallas or Fort Worth has some great locations..

Here is Dallas..

Here are some from Fort Worth..

The best thing to do is go and scout some locations before hand. Its a huge pain driving around with a huge group looking for a venue to shoot at.

Oh and Will.. I could make your car look great at a park

Oh no doubt...you've got madd skillz. I just like other themes for my own personal vision.

And yeah downtown Ft. Worth is great...seriously A LOT of industrial and sparse traffic as well on the weekends.

That's cool.. I personally like both. But then again your car would look good no matter where you shoot it at.

I really enjoy the stockyards for shooting cars. That's where the shot of my car was taken at. There was very little traffic there. I doubt everyone would want to drive out there though.

OK... It sounds like we are on for the 14th. So, let's try to narrow it down to 2 spots by the middle of next week. Post up you suggestions everyone. I am down to drive where ever, but the closer to North Dallas the better.

Richardson tunnel on Spring Valley...i've shot there before. You need to go late at night to get the least amount of traffic...it's very short too.
