I didn't want to hear about Will's meat sweating...

and yes, the meat comes to you a little underdone on purpose... the broth the soup comes in is very hot and everything finishes cooking right in front of you. it is good stuff. though I usually get one of the meat and rice dishes for the fish sauce... yum!

 

I will come but still not sure if the venue changed or not... If it is in the same location I will just look for all the cars! I might need to park away from you guys as my ride might be a bit dirty... Running 10 miles that morning might get in the way of cleaning her up.
