9/6/09 - DI-Palooza
This will be a very unique and fun event from the sounds of it. Help support the guys at DallasImports
When: September 6th 2009 - 9am-Whenever Rain or Shine
What: Bullrun, Dyno Day, Raffles, Tuning Demonstration, BBQ, an overall good time.
Where: Vik-Tek
2702 Industrial Ln. Suite L.
Garland TX
Who: Everyone
The Bullrun will be really simple we will start 9am on sunday the teams will get their list of locations, each location depending on distance has points associated with it. Teams have 3 hours to collect as many points as possible they will have to drive to the location and take a picture of the building/sign/landmark to get points for that location. The team with the most points wins, in the event of a tie the team that did it in less time will be the winner. Speeding and reckless driving will be strongly discouraged and anyone that obviously broke the law will be disqualified (IE someone hitting every location in 3 hours) this will not be a race.
You will be required to sign a waiver before beginning.

2nd Place - 100$ and a Trophy
3rd Place - 50$ and a Trophy
How you register
Registration fee's can be sent to donation@dallasimports.net just remember to put a note in there for what it's for as well as your s/n so I know who's registered.
Free - Just to go on the route but not be eligible to win anything.
10$ - Eligible for prizes and gets a sticker. 7$ - Premium Donator Discount
25$ - Eligible for prizes, sticker, and a shirt. 22$ for premium donators.

Dyno Day Seth from Cartune Performance will have his 2WD Dyno Dymanics Dyno on site and will be providing Dyno pulls all day so if you want to see what you're car is making bring it out and we'll strap it on the dyno.
Tuning Demonstration Chris from Macellaro's Performance Tuning will be on hand giving a quick 101 on how to properly tune a car so if you've ever wondered how the man produces the numbers that he produces come find out for yourself.
BBQ Colters BBQ will be on hand to serve some kick *** BBQ for a super reasonable price so you are assured not to go hungry through out the day.
Raffles Our sponsors have given us some awesome stuff to raffle like Killswitch throwing in a pair of door speakers, and of course there will be DI T-Shirts and Stickers to give away as well, you get entered into the raffle by merely showing up.
Live DJ There will be a DJ on the spot making sure we have some good jams to listen to.
DI Palooza T-Shirts and Stickers will be available they will feature the logo at the top of the thread and a list of the sponsors on the back, the stickers will be the logo.
Dunk Tank I will be up for dunking as well as Jared from RKC 5$ for 3 throws and all profits go to a great cause the N. Texas Food Bank.

- Starts at 9AM staggered starts and registration until the last car leaves.
- You have 3 hours to collect as many landmarks as possible.
- You will need a digital camera to take pictures of the location.
- Each car is a different team, each car can have as many members as it can fit.
- Speeding is highly discouraged and could result in disqualification.
- You are docked 1 point for every minute over the time limit and disqualified for being >30 minutes late.
- GPS is allowed.
