its at the new cowboys stadium so yes it outside.....not sure on the power..trying to read about it.

 

Power prices are dependent on the venue. I know when we purchased power at HIN last year, the convention center charged $60-$80 for each power drop. But it depends on what you need to power. If you're doing DJ equipment and extensive lighting then your power requirements are higher and will cost more.

You may be able to bring generators to use, since its outdoors.
