can anyone see whats wrong with these two pics i know stephen can

for some reason the passenger side rear is sitting higher than the other and everything is the same on both sides

i took it to a shop and they said the spring could be sagging and that pissed me off

but i called hnr and they said around 100 for a new spring

what are my options ?

cut tophat? but with such a drastic cut and with only one side being cut is that safe?
new spring?

wow thats way off... I wouldn't jack with cutting the spring mount on just one side. fix the issue, don't jerry rig it trying to make it look right.
