It's the voltage regulator inside is bad...have to replace it

 

thats what I feared. that sucks.. I hate dealing with head lights for this reason. I had to slap on heat sinks to my VR's, might tell your boy at clear corners that.

I ran my VR's out side and attached them to the front aluminum support = endless heat sink.

 

He moved them to the inside of the headlight. They used to be on bottom of ballast.

 

i shall be there at 8. i am never one to leave earlyt but gotta leave between 930-945 tonight... got huge meeting in the morning at 7am in arlington I have to be prepped for! ugh.
