According to Gold Class Cinema's website, they will not be showing Fast Five in their theaters, so does anyone know a nice and safe theater? and are you guys planning on going to the midnight showing?

I think no matter where you go, punk azz kids will more than likely be there cuz it's the midnight showing of a Fast and Furious movie.

Gold Class Cinema (the single nicest movie theatre and probably the safest one in the metroplex) has just agreed to open a special midnight showing for us BUT we must buy out a small theatre that sits 68 people (20 upper level and 48 lower level seats). If we were to get all 68 seats filled, the price per person would only be $15. Sounds pricey but consider all the amenities and safety factors that comes along with it.

OR

We can buy out all 26 upper level seats of a large theatre for $17.50 a person, which is still cheaper than the normal ticket price. Here's the catch, we would have to choose from one of the following scheduled showings:

Friday: 12pm, 3:15pm, 6:30pm, 9:45pm
Saturday: 12pm, 3:15pm, 6:30pm, 9:45pm

Also, the upper level discount would only apply to Friday and Saturday. Let me know what you guys want to do since we could even combine different groups (370Z's, G35's, 350Z's, etc..) to buy out all 68 seats and score the midnight show.

Im down with either of them honestly..if we can get a head count for the whole theater....thats fine with me...I know some would bring there GF's/wives most likely. I assume we can probably get some of our friends to go as well

^ that's what I was thinking... do a quick head count cuz Jim needs to know ASAP since they're not scheduling a midnight show AT ALL unless we request it.

Not to be "that guy", but I don't see 68 people RSVPing by this week (or at all). This was originally intended to just be a fun thing for the G guys who were down to go see a movie that we all wanted to see. I don't see security being the big problem that some are making it out to be...cops are going to be all over the place (especially the theatres) this week/weekend because of this movie.

Just my three cents.

rob, that's that NEW math....

And +1 on not being able to sell 60/68 tickets THIS week... 20 should be doable I would think.
