have fun guys! I wont make it....just made it home from T1 and everything on the car is complete with the exception of having the AC recharged and speaking to UPREV for one more little tweak on the car.

Do you have the car in your possession or is it still at the shop. Have you had a chance to drive it on the streets and get all giddy like a girl when you car hits boost.

nope it is still up there. I will be picking up on MOnday. Paid the bill tonight which hurt alittle but its all good!!! having AC Charged on Monday and they are tweaking one minor starting problem.....have to speak to UPREV to determine what the issue is.

Good luck man...you waited this long and it won't hurt just to wait a little longer to make sure everything is 100%. Then you can go to town on the boost once you know your AFR and other conditions are in CHECK. Man little / big snags are expected with a project of this size. Putting a turbo on a VQ is not a cheap task even when a good chunk of the kit was discounted. At least you won't have to worry about upgrading injectors or having to worry about a crappy tune or any sort of exhaust leaks. Also look at the bright side you did like 85% of the work on the install and only tuning and minor fabbing was out sourced. Pretty good job in my book for doing it out of your garage

thanks for the props man. yes AFR are spot on....11.#-12.3/4 basically. injectors I am set on at 1000cc for awhile. I put down 334rwhp with 366ft lbs of torque. On a dynojet this equates to around 390rwhp and 420ish ft lbs of torque...make note that this is only at 6-7 PSI!!!

I have one minor exhaust leak still...need to put it up in the air and take a look at it and make sure everything is still tightended down really good.

Numbers look good for AFR and its not always a good idea chasing numbers on a dyno when reliability is on the line. You worked hard and I am sure you are all beat up from being in a shop with that loud exhaut for 8 hrs on a dyno. Go get some sleep and enjoy the rest of your weekend. Job well done sire.
