I agree with twalls hell my G is so far away from the norm I'm surprised they let me in, jon ur good dog u should come everybody loves ur G. Urs was one of the ones who inspired me when I first started modding
haha hound, if you dont wanna do the show, dont do it. you will be okay. but your car is clean, it's completely up to you. xdc is aroudn the corner, so you can get your show on.
Yes Tony correct, those cali guys are Hella aggressive. Jon I wouldnt stretch and space it out if thats not your style. Your car is real clean man...I'm sure they'll accept you
I've decided I will not be showing and may not be going. I can't get this day guaranteed off because if Iphone 5 comes out we can't have two people on vacation at one time.
I also feel as though my car is not far enough along to be in an indoor car show with super nice rides. Maybe in a year or two when I get some things done that I have planned.

@Blake... I understand the work situation..
But don't forsake the validation of you getting approved.. If they didn't think your car was sick, they wouldn't have approved you bro.. that simple.
On another note: You guys stop downing your cars.. Or not thinking they're up to par.. Please.. Other people's views or validation means NOTHING.. That's why I don't show honestly.. I could give two farts about someone "judging" my car. Shows are completely subjective and normally the winner is just "the person that spent the most money".. Not downing those that enjoy or participate in shows, just saying why I don't personally partake in them..
For those wondering, "Well why the hell is he going to this one?" It's the exposure that the potential coverage could add to my car's resume.. If by chance a super street or import tuner mag happens to shoot my car, or even a well known blog uses it for coverage, that really helps w/ obtaining sponsors, or getting features and what not in the future.
With the opportunities that I have through photography and the people I've met, I'm going to try my very best to help the local guys get seen by submitting the event coverage photos to the various outlets that I have access to..
So if you can make it, make it.. If nothing else, time will fly by because we SHOULD be having a lot of fun.. They're judging the show before the doors even open for people to come in, so that the participants in the show can enjoy the festivities as well.. This isn't a show that you have to stand by your car and wait all day for a judge to MAYBE show up..

i don't need another person's validation.. I personally don't like having a car with three different brand tires. I would laugh at a car with that. And now it just so happens to be mine. I haven't got a reply back from WEKS peoples.

It's very well done, and honestly one of the nicest looking ones, BECAUSE it's so subtly done and not over the top. people rag on my car all day long, and guess what? i still love the way it looks. I like thr way it looks rolling. i like how i performs, and i like it for what i wanna do with it. Do i have scrapes and scratches i wish i didnt? Sure, but i would still submit my car in here if i didnt wanna be there ALL day.
and hell, if i didnt get "approved", i wouldnt let it even effect me, cause i know at the end of the day, when i look at my car, it looks unique, and bad azz.
all of us, (cept a couple) have definite "show" worthy cars. unless you're wanting first place and trophies all day long, i think most of us qualify to at least "show" our cars.
and i emphasize, MOST.

It looks like most of my parts should be here by next week, so I am 50/50 on XDC. I don't have any pics, and won't for at least a few weeks, so I am probably not making WEKFEST....
