Does anyone know if a base model EX35 is going to be available in the United States? All I saw when I built one on the Infiniti website was a Journey 2WD or Journey 4WD. I had been reading that a base 2WD EX35 would be available with willow cloth interior, but I can't build it that way online. I would love to be able to get the cloth before they stop offering it, as I did with my 03 FX35. Thanks for your inputs.

 

Car and Driver reported that leather is an option on the EX's too.

 

In order to get an EX35 with cloth interior you have to go to your nearest Infiniti dealer and special order it. It will take up to 4 months before you take delivery of your EX. If you get the brochure it will list the EX35 non journey and will have a very small number 5 which will direct you to the fine print that says this. I hope this helps.

Anyways please ignore that troll. Some of us prefer cloth way more than leather. We dont have to worry about it being hot/cold in the weather and it feels so much better to sit on. I see leather as very cheesy myself.

When I bought my H2 in 2004, I had to travel 12 states over to find one with cloth interior.

 

yeah the problem is if you want cloth interior you won't get any features inside the Ex--- RWD, manual adjusting steering wheel, no rear vents for passengers, no memory seats. yes, somepeople might want it but you're going to wait a few months for one

 

all these non-options sound so awesome! i can hardly contain myself. i waited a long time to find my cloth fx, and 4 months to order my stripped out 6mt g35s...
