what does it mean when you say 400cell and 300cell in the HFC?

 

Those are density ratings. The 300 cell flows better and is louder than the 400 cell. The 300 cell is metallic core, so it is a better choice for FI and Nitrous setups - though neither situation is covered under warranty - the metallic will last longer overall in those conditions.

which one would u recommend if i already have the exhaust?

 

I would only recommend the CATS, unless you want it really loud, then go TP's.

If your not going FI at all - then get the 400 Cell ceramics. The Metallic will get you about 2-3 HP more, but are louder as well. It depends on what your after, so it's hard to nail it down for you.

haha yes i did ask while you were in the middle of a sale. and i bought your HFCs during that sale!

as for the HKS, loving it so far. with the HFCs, people at meets notice there is a little more "umph" to the growl.

if i ever get tired of my HKS, the intimidator exhaust will be in my future

my perfect exhaust would look like HKS and sound and perform like the intimidator exhaust...but i'll keep dreaming

anyway, rick...have a good xmas and g/l with sales! i'm always referring guys to the intimidator exhaust when they want something clean and not super loud with good gains
