In a nutshell...yes, pricing went up on HKS and there are many factors why HKS parts went up. This includes, but is not limited to, all the cheap imitation replicas out there on ebay and JDM-ish sites. People learn the hard way that cheap imitation parts lack the quality and fall apart. But HKS cannot compete with such instances, and they pulled out of the US. Now only a few sell them, and its more expensive to have them here. Price went up big time. But the HKS parts are still very very top notch and we try hard to keep them available.
