I was just trying to give Fast Intentions a heads up that they could just reengineer their HFCs to be more ECU friendly, that's all.

We do not have the check engine light problems with the high flow cats on the G35 Coupe. It is mainly related to the HR motors...

No I know but I'm really looking for HFC's for my car to open up some more power. But I do not want the headache of a CEL, I installed a Nismo cat back and Nismo CAI on my 04 Max and the CEL came on and nobody could fix it and the drivability really went down hill . So I got rid of it and now have my G and do not want the same thing to happen with a CEL on ALL THE TIME..

We have not experienced getting a CEL light with the VQ G35's in over 3 years of selling the HFC'S...

That sounds correct! To the best of my knowledge, we have never had a set of HFC's throw a CEL light on a VQ...

For the installl, does it have to be done on a lift or can it be done at home? It looks like a complete bolt on.

A lift makes it easier, but is not required. Many customers have done the install on jack stands.

Just intalled my 300 cell HFC this weekend. It adds another level to the FI exhaust! Very happy with the purchase!

Just got to figure one minor thing out. I also just dropped my car on prokit/tok D's with SPC front and rear, and my rear passenger side exhaust pipe is slightly hitting the rear OEM sway bar. Need to adjust something slightly when i have time.

100% Happy with both purchases though from FI! Looks great and sounds mean!

Thanks Tony!

mine developed this a few months after installation, i tried to loosen my clamps on the axleback section but couldn't get it to twist. I know it just needs a readjustment. its still a grade A+ product!!!! i will try some pb blaster on the pipe when i get a chance. and i still want some HFC's when the money opens up.
